As Shama acquires the cooking skill this time, it means she can make lots of meals, once she has the recipes! Just like the main weapons and supporting items, different meals do not only recover Shama’s HP, with different ingredients, there are various buffs like removing debuff immediately or increasing Exp. after enemies defeated, which will help every battle Shama has. 

The last but not the least, choose your ingredients carefully, sometimes the meal Shama makes may even kill someone. This is a thoughtful suggestion. Just in case it happens often:)
